Ang Panagbenga ay salitang galing sa Cordillera na ang kahulugan ay panahon ng pagbukadkad ng bulaklak. Binibigyang halaga sa pistang ito ang naggagandahang bulaklak kung saan kilala ang lungsod na ito. Nagsimula ang pagdiriwang ng Panagbenga noong 1995. Isinagawa ng pistang ito para maiangat muli ang Lungsod ng Baguio mula sa malagim na lindol noong 1990. Maraming gawain ang makikita sa pagdiriwang ng Panagbenga. Ang pinakasikat at inaabangang gawain tuwing pista ng bulaklak ay ang parada. Kasama sa paradang ito ay sayawan sa kalsada at pagtugtog ng mga banda. Pinakabida sa paradang ito ang mga higanteng karosa na puno ng mga magaganda at mababangong bulaklak. Sa paggawa ng karosang ito, ipinakikita ng mga Pilipino ang kanilang pagiging malikhain at pagiging matulungin. Ipinaparada ang mga ito sa malalaking kalsada ng lungsod. Maraming mga taong galing pa sa iba’t ibang bahagi ng Pilipinas ang dumadayo sa Baguio upang mapanood ito.

Page 4 The night before the celebration, Cherry made a wish at the temple, hoping everyone would be healthy and happy. She lit incense, blessing every person in the village. Page 5 On the night of the celebration, colorful lanterns lit up the village. People wore beautiful clothes, and the lively atmosphere made everyone smile. Page 6 The lion dance performance began, and Star showcased his amazing skills on stage. The audience clapped loudly, while Yara and Yun cheered, "Go, go!" Page 7 During the celebration, everyone enjoyed tasty food, including fragrant dumplings and sweet rice cakes. Villagers exchanged wishes, making the atmosphere even more festive. Granny told John Jr that there is a trick to get the box to open. She explained that only a kind heart could open it. She explained that a kind heart shows empathy by understanding and caring about others, and inspired John Jrto do kind things like cheer up a sad friend or bring a toy to a crying sibling. She said a kind heart always have good intentions. 4. John Jr and Nazut' visit was over and John Jr took his musical box home. John Jr was a bit temperamental and he couldn't get his box to open. He started practicing patience and his temper tantrums disappeared and he fi rally had the kindness in his heart for box to open and play Space Oddity. 5. Then John Jr and Nazut were floating on space. They became friends with a young star. That star gives John Jr a tour of the universe. John Jr especially enjoyed seeing Planet X. 6. John Jr return back home and get ready to eat dinner.
